How we use information
We use information to operate Rahi Pass, display provider and route listings, respond to enquiries, manage provider subscriptions, improve the website, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Public provider information
Information submitted for a public provider profile or route listing may be visible to website visitors. Providers should publish only business contact information they are comfortable sharing publicly.
Direct provider contact
Rahi Pass enables travellers to contact transport providers directly. Your Rahi does not control information shared after a traveller leaves our website or communicates directly with a provider.
Payments
Your Rahi may process provider subscription payments through an authorised payment partner. Your Rahi does not collect passenger fares, hold passenger wallets, or take commission from transport fares.
Data sharing and retention
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, communications, analytics, security, and provider billing. For account security and fraud investigation, restricted registration and sign-in audit records may include the account ID, IP address, browser user-agent, outcome, and timestamp. These records are visible only to authorized super administrators and are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about your personal information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some information may be retained when required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses essential browser storage for security, language preferences, and an anonymous visitor count. The visitor counter stores only an aggregate total and an essential browser cookie so the same browser is not counted repeatedly; it does not store an IP address or visitor profile in the counter database.
