Using Your Rahi
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not interfere with the website, misuse listings, impersonate another person or business, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
The role of Rahi Pass
Rahi Pass is a discovery marketplace. It allows transport providers to publish monthly route information and allows travellers to contact those providers directly. Rahi Pass is not a daily booking, seat booking, ride tracking, or passenger wallet service.
Transport arrangements
Any transport service, fare, schedule, pickup arrangement, payment, refund, or dispute is agreed directly between the traveller and the provider. Your Rahi is not a party to that agreement and does not collect passenger payments or fare commission.
Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for ensuring that their identity, route information, contact details, licences, permits, vehicles, drivers, insurance, prices, and service claims are accurate, lawful, current, and appropriate for public display.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for evaluating providers, confirming route and service details, taking reasonable safety precautions, and deciding whether to enter into a direct arrangement with a provider.
Provider subscriptions
Providers may be required to maintain a paid monthly subscription to publish or manage listings. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund information will be presented before a provider purchases a plan.
Content and availability
We may review, restrict, suspend, or remove content or accounts that appear inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every provider or listing will meet a traveller's needs.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Your Rahi is not responsible for direct arrangements, conduct, losses, or disputes between travellers and providers. We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
